TIM integrates the fixed and mobile BB and UBB connectivity offer with innovative solutions for more sustainable, secure and efficient cities and communities, ensuring business continuity in emergencies. With smartworking TIM has involved 9,000 employees with a saving of 250,000 euros for social costs avoided, 7.5 million km not travelled (amounting to 1,000 Tons of emissions saved).In an ageing country, as is Italy, TIM has chosen to give seniors new options, encouraging and supporting their integration into today’s highly technological society from which they had been partly excluded; giving them a special tariff and a series of initiatives aimed at helping them through this transition that is not necessarily obvious to them.
Scenario
This has helped them feel closer to their loved ones, using new technological tools of which they have little or no knowledge. It has allowed TIM to look after a target that is highly receptive and hungry for knowledge.
